LiveWright aims to inspire and teach people to create a happier, healthier life for themselves through curiosity, connection, and authenticity.
By creating space for clients to show up as their authentic selves, regardless of how they’re feeling on any particular day, they are able to tap into their innate curiosity and discover what truly sparks joy in their lives. From there, we are able to create and build habits that help them access these pockets of joy on a more regular basis. The more these habits are practiced, the more the client begins to crave these daily bursts of joy throughout their days, leading to more overall happiness and fewer unpredictable low days. Within this space, we also allow and encourage clients to build connections with other like-minded individuals. The space begins online, but will also offer plenty of opportunities for clients to meet in person.

When we give in to this innate desire, we can dig deeper into the inner workings of our own minds, and find excitement and joy in exploring the world outside of our own four walls. We never stop asking the question “Why?”. We find beauty in every part of the world and learn to find adventure anywhere we land.
Creativity
We are thinkers and learners, builders and artists. We find joy and peace in the process of creating with the gifts and resources we have. Through that joy, whatever we make is inherently beautiful and invaluable.
Authenticity
We value the real, dirty, nitty gritty, and chaotic beauty of human life. We are vulnerable with ourselves and with others. We don’t try to hide the parts of ourselves that aren’t “pretty” or “good” because we know that every aspect of life is beautiful, precious, and inherently “good”.
